Try these home remedies to take care of hair

1. Amla- Gooseberry

Amla is beneficial for health, you must have heard about it. But by using gooseberry on the hair, the hair gets many types of natural properties. Due to which the hair becomes strong and black. Amla is used in 80% hair oil. Amla is considered very beneficial for hair.

You can use Amla for your hair in two ways. If you have dried gooseberry. So take two spoons of dry gooseberry powder. Make a paste by squeezing two lemons in it and apply it on your hair. Keep this paste on your hair for 10-15 minutes and then wash it off with shampoo.

Another way is if you have fresh amla with you. So grind it and extract its juice and apply that juice on your hair, after applying 10-15 minutes wash your hair with shampoo.

2. Onion juice

Onion is present in everyone’s house and the supply of onions continues even during people’s down.

Grind onion and extract onion juice. The mother of sulfur present in onion juice which makes your hair tissue generates calogen and is beneficial in hair growth and development.

Onion juice also reduces hair fall. After extracting the onion juice, leave the juice for 10 to 15 minutes. After that wash your hair with mild shampoo.

3. Apple vinegar- Apple vinegar

Apple cider vinegar is very beneficial for hair. To make hair thick and long, apply apple cider vinegar regularly to your hair.

Make a paste of apple cider vinegar and apply it on your hair. Keep it in your hair for about 15-20 minutes, after that wash the hair with shampoo. If possible, apply apple vinegar to your hair even after washing it with shampoo once. So that the hair can get more strength.

4. Fenugreek – Fenugreek

Fenugreek is important in maintaining the natural hair tree. Using fenugreek makes hair black and thick. Also hair fall stops. The anti-oxidants present in fenugreek strengthen the hair from the roots.

Make a paste by grinding fenugreek with some water and apply it on your hair. Keep it on your hair for about 15 minutes to 30 minutes and later wash your hair with shampoo. By doing this continuously, the natural color of your hair will remain and the hair will be strengthened.

5. Coconut Water

Coconut water is very beneficial for the body. Also takes good care of hair. Because the amount of iron, potassium and fat is present in coconut water. Which is very beneficial for hair.

Prevents hair fall and is also beneficial in hair growth. Coconut is used in most of the hair oils. Coconut is also beneficial for blackening of hair.

To use coconut water, take out the coconut water. After this, squeeze half a lemon in it and add two-four drops of lavender oil and mix it well. Then apply this solution on your hair and leave it for about four to five hours. After that wash your hair with cold water.
